Deep Love Studios provides tarot readings, astrology interpretations, spiritual coaching and other related services ("Services"), as well as physical goods and digital products. These Services and products are intended for personal growth, self-discovery, and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to replace or serve as professional advice including but not limited to medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Good Faith and Feedback

Deep Love Studios intends to act in good faith and with the best interest of our Clients in mind. In the case of any issues or dissatisfaction, the Client agrees to reach out to Deep Love Studios to attempt resolution prior to leaving any negative feedback. The interpretations and advice given by Deep Love Studios should be understood as a perspective based on spiritual and personal growth principles and not hard facts.

3. No Refunds

Please note that Deep Love Studios does not offer refunds for services already rendered or for purchased physical goods and digital products. By purchasing our Services or products, you agree and acknowledge this policy.

4. Termination of Services

Deep Love Studios reserves the right to end coaching or other service relationships, or discontinue the provision of physical goods or digital products, at the Company's discretion, based on the best interests of the Company and its other Clients.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

Deep Love Studios does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the results of the Services or the quality of the physical goods or digital products. The Services and products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services or products will meet your requirements or that the operation of our Services or delivery of our products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Love Studios, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service or our products.

7. Client Responsibility

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are eligible to receive our Services or products as per their local laws and regulations. Deep Love Studios is not responsible for any violations of such laws and regulations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Deep Love Studios and its affiliates, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including legal and other professional fees) arising from or in any way related to any third parties related to your use of the Services or products, any violation of this Agreement, or any other actions connected with your use of the Services or products (including all actions taken under your account).

9. Arbitration 

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by a neutral arbitrator and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
